This report summarizes the methods and results of the model used to derive in-river exploitation rates of Skeena sockeye Conservation Units from 1982-2017. The model combines information on catch, fishery timing, and escapement, and the run timing through fisheries and timing of river entry for individual Conservation Units. The model is then used to generate a time series of in-river Conservation-Unit-specific exploitation rates that can be combined with marine exploitation rates to generate total exploitation rates for Skeena sockeye Conservation Units.
